a little of my story
I built this because
I needed it first.
For years I lived in the swirl — the endless to-do list, the striving, circling of the same drain I'd been circling most of my life. I was always somehow too much and not enough at the same time. And underneath all of it, I believed the quietest, cruelest lie: that I just wasn't worth God's time.
After my son was born, postpartum depression and old family wounds nearly took me under. I tried church. I tried therapy. I tried self-help. I just kept trying harder, doing more, and trying to be better. Everything I tried moved the needle a little but ultimately left me right back where I started.
What finally changed things wasn't another method. It was learning how to actually be with Jesus — to draw near to Him and let Him near to me. And in that place, I found out that God was the missing link no method could replace. He didn't just patch me up — He gave me a new identity, a crown of beauty instead of ashes.
Crown & Freedom, Co. is everything I wish someone had handed me back then: a gentle, scripture-rooted path to draw near to God and finally walk in freedom. I can't wait to walk it with you.
